The waiting room of life

God spoke out loud in today's sermon! A brief summary:

"Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth." Psalm 46:10-11

Waiting is an act of obedience. God is at work when we are waiting.

The waiting room of life is the place where faith is born, obedience is grown and life is perfected.

Whether we are waiting for a career breakthrough, for a relationship to come along, for spiritual revival, what God concerns is more about what kind of people when we get there. We are going to get a job, a promotion, to meet someone etc. but who we are when we get there?

Keep listening and move forward.

And yes, we have a lifetime to wait!

12 years already!!! Thank you Eddy for reminding us ... I still remember how expensive McDonald is in Swiss. And all the instant noodles that 恩公 gave us (Frankly instant noodles are still a major part of my diet as of today :=P) and I got back my passport and wallet from a korean after leaving them in the tiolet on the "bullet train" in France (and we were playing Uno ...) !!! Still remember biking in Swiss?

Yeah ... "in my heart ... in my heart ... x N times ... "
